The Huddle Youth Center is launching an inspiring new program designed to uplift and empower teenage girls to make a positive impact in their communities. Called Glow Getters: Girls Who Light Up Their Communities, the initiative will provide young women aged 13 to 18 with opportunities to learn, lead, and create change.

The program’s first meet-up will be held on August 19th at 4:30 p.m. at 121 Perry Street. During these gatherings, participants will connect with mentors, develop leadership skills, and engage in community projects aimed at making a meaningful difference.

Organizers emphasize that the mission of Glow Getters is not only to build confidence and leadership abilities but also to encourage girls to see themselves as catalysts for positive change.

Interested participants can register by emailing huddleyouth706@gmail.com.

With its focus on empowerment, leadership, and community service, Glow Getters promises to become a beacon for young women ready to step up, speak out, and shine bright.
